Due to many requests, we are opening vendor opportunities again for 2017 events. There will be just THREE spots available per city. If you would like to be a local vendor-sponsor please fill out the form below and we will respond with more information via email.

MEDIA WAIVER: I am willingly having my picture taken and grant you permission to use my picture and physical surroundings without restriction for the purposes of future media marketing. I expressly release Birth Without Fear, LLC or representatives or any institution transmitting, or exhibiting my picture from any claims arising from such use or distribution. I agree to be fully responsible for my own participation and hold Birth Without Fear, LLC or representatives harmless from any liability, loss of expense arising from the use of my picture. I also consent to the use of my name and/or picture and other material about me for promotional, publicity, or organizational purposes. *

LIABILITY WAIVER: I request that you accept me as a vendor at the Birth Without Fear event to be held in the above selected location. I understand there is some risk inherent in traveling to and from and as a result of attending the conference. The undersigned hereby releases Birth Without Fear, LLC and the committees, members, officers, employees and directors from all liability for injury, death and property damage that may be suffered in connection with such activities, whether due to negligence or otherwise, accepting such risks involved and waiving all rights of any kind that might otherwise arise. The undersigned agrees to indemnify Birth Without Fear,LLC, its committees, members, officers, employees and directors against all judgments obtained and against the cost of defense of such claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees. *

CANCELLATION WAIVER: I understand that if I am approved as a vendor at a BWF MeetUp, I will not be refunded any vendor fees previously paid to Birth Without Fear, LLC should I cancel within 90 days or less of the BWF MeetUp. *
